shipping & return policies
shipping
since i am a one person business, it takes me a little more time than a staffed company to ship out my orders.
we’re talking around 5-10 days, not a super long wait, but i think it’s important that you know what you get yourself into when ordering from my shop.
if i happen to be late in my shipments, i will be sure to have a notice appearing on the main page of the website, on my instagram and will send emails to all customers who are concerned by the delay.
for custom orders, it will take longer, because i also have to add time for fabric hunting, and sewing your order!
once you’ve filled your custom order form, i’ll be able to contact you with an estimated production time & shipping date.
returns
i accept returns under certain conditions;
first, you must contact me within 30 days of receiving your order.
i can switch your item for another of the same price, or send you back the same item you had purchased if it arrived damaged.
if your item breaks early on and it seems unreasonable, let me know asap - ideally with pictures - and we’ll figure something out ✨
note that if your item breaks/is damaged because of misuse or not follwing care instructions, i will not accept any return.
order cancellations & refunds
if you need to cancel your order and would like a refund, it will be possible as long as your package isn’t already shipped.
it usually takes around 5 to 10 days for orders to be dispached, so as long as you reach out beforehand, you’ll be just fine!
i do not do refunds for damaged goods or custom orders, unless it is an exceptional situation.
